IQ Metal is specialized in providing metal products cost-effectively to customers worldwide. We can give you the exact service you need:

Advanced Welding

TIG, MIG/MAG and laser welding across aluminium, steel and stainless steel. From manual craftsmanship to fully robotic production — with 3 International Welding Engineers, internal NDT level 3 personnel and 300+ certified welding procedures.

Bending

25+ press bending machines from 30 to 600 tons, panel bending and 7 bending robots. We handle any shape, angle and volume — from small series to high-volume production.

Laser Cutting

Fiber and CO₂ laser cutting with fully autonomous loading/unloading running 24/5. Capacity covers steel, aluminium and stainless up to 30mm thickness with 300 tons of sheet storage on site.

Surface Treatment

All standard surface treatments handled in-house or through approved partners — with efficient logistics between our factories to minimise your total delivery time.

Precision Machining

Advanced CNC centres including a machine with a 6,000mm X-axis and a large CNC with 5,000 × 2,000 × 2,000mm working area. Handles both series production and smaller batches across a wide range of product sizes.

3D Measuring

Portable 3D measuring arms for ongoing process control and a Leica 3D laser tracker for structures up to 20 metres. All products verified directly against customer 3D files — including PPAP documentation.

Turret Punching

High-speed CNC punching with no heat stress on the material, ideal for medium to high volumes. Includes integrated shearing, tapping and forming in the same operation.

Finishing

Brush and drum deburring, through-feed and cosmetic grinding handled in-house at large capacity. Mechanical joining — rivets, self-clinching nuts, studs and standoffs — completed internally to reduce logistics time.
